Overview

Where Vaughan
Families Put Down
Roots

Vellore Village is one of Vaughan's most popular family communities. It's a planned neighbourhood built mostly through the 2000s, with tree-lined crescents, well-kept parks and a lot of schools close together. Families moving up from Toronto put it near the top of their list.

You'll find detached two-storey homes on good-sized lots, townhomes and semis, all close to the shops on Major Mackenzie Drive and Highway 400. It has the space and quiet of the suburbs with stores and highways a few minutes away.

I've lived and worked here for over a decade. I know which streets hold their value, which new builds are worth their premium, and what buyers in this pocket truly need. That local depth is the difference I bring to every deal.

Lifestyle

Life in Vellore Village

Family Living

Wide lots, quiet crescents, and an abundance of parks and splash pads make Vellore Village the neighbourhood parents choose when schools and safety come first. Halloween streets, block parties, and strong community associations define the social fabric.

Convenience

Major Mackenzie Drive has everything from Walmart and Home Depot to local restaurants and medical offices. Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, the newest hospital in York Region, is a few minutes away.

Market Strength

Homes in Vellore Village tend to sell faster and closer to asking than the Vaughan average. Buyers compete here, which works in sellers' favour. It's one of the most reliable areas I work in.
